The L09 collection is the first Limited Edition, Sport Line by Armand Nicolet.
To make it very strong and resistant yet keep it light and comfortable the whole L09 collection has been produced only in Titanium.
This Limited Edition of 150 pieces features a 711 caliber, [UT600] Manual winding Mechanical Movement with a vintage heritage. Created using original components from 1957 that have been modified and Fine tuned by our Manufacturing expertise.
The ticking produced by 18,000 vibrations per Hour creates a magic and charming sound that is typical of traditional mechanical timepieces. The 18 jewel calibre has been finely decorated with "Cote de Genève" finishing and embellished by "Perlage". Through the Sapphire glass it's possible to admire the beautiful gold engravings reporting the series number of every watch and the polished blue screws. They all stand out in the splendid finishing of the rhodium plating of the plate and of the bridges.
We have upgraded it with the shock absorber Incabloc and the in-house developed Swan Neck mechanism of adjustment. It is these and many other modifications and upgrades created by Armond Nicolet makes this movement a perfect mix of great Swiss mechanical tradition with the most modern techniques of watch-making.
Thick Sapphire crystal with anti glare treatment on both sides combined with easyly readabile, raised indexes and the wise use of Super Luminova on the hands and dial are just some of the characteristics that make this collection very contemporary and stylish. With its elegance and clean lines, this watch is fit for any style and occasion. These features combined with the vintage movement add that “something” to it that will take this collection far beyond simple fashion trends.
The limited amount of watches produced relates to the Quantity of original components from 1957 still available in our factory.
